Hey guys
I purchased this printer less than 12 months ago and I am having some issues with it.
Canon are being very unhelpful and basically getting the standard cut and paste responses back.
Anyway, The issue is that my Cyan had at first stopped printing all together and after a quick dismantle and clean I managed to get some cyan printing on the nozzle check but not a lot.
I have found a new print head on EBay but I wanted to make sure this sounds like a print head issue and nothing else before I throw £50 at it, Of course it looks like it is because after the clean it started to print some but I wanted opinions of other people who might be able to help me better than Canon have.
I have also had a look at new printers but not sure which I want, I like this one because it's an all rounder and prints CD's and DVD's which is always useful :)
Any help or ideas would be great.
P.S. I have tried multiple times to clean this print head with not much luck. :)
