laser jet 3600

My laser jet 3600 is printing tiny red dots down center of my page. they are very tiny. tried to use a cleaning sheet but didnot help that much

Run the PQ troubleshooting diags. Could have a bad magenta cartridge or a bad transfer unit.
Disable cartridge check is always good to try. It could narrow the problem down to the source.

i am not sure how to disable print cartridge test

press the green SELECT key, use up/down arrows to DIAGNOSTIC MENU then go to DISABLE CARTRIDGE CHECK and select it.
