Lexmark s405 AIO Problem

New here so please can you help!!!
The said printer works fine but cannot connect to my wireless network, it is in demo mode but cannot get it to save in the off mode

I had the same problem but the store (http://inkjetsuperstore.com/) where I bought the inkjet were accommodating enough to help me.
