Autosend Alert

Hi Friends,

I'm here posting my problem of Autosend alert which till now i do not have any solution. I am configuring Autosend alert for my company meaning to say Meter reading & Supplies Usage will send from the printer every monthly. i've done testing for Alerts but the Autosend i will receive XML data or file, which when i open the attachment it is a UNreadable.

Help me for this PLEASE!!!!:(
