Hi, everybody,
I have C900 in my service site. It have i problem...when i print a picture, three pathes with info from previously printed page appears on sheet under the picture. Please help !!!

I'm not familiar with this printer but when you have repeated images on the page it is always the toner cartridge or the fuser. Easier to change the toner cartridge if you have one. If you can get the fuser out without a hassle (be careful, it is HOT) then you may be able to see a problem there. If the fuser is worn or contaminated you should be able to see the problem. Is the printer under warranty?

Answer us this: Does this unit print to a intermediate transfer belt, then to the paper? It does appear that this unit has seperate photoconductors (drums) rather than being internal to the toner cartridges.
If it does print to a belt first, it will be super easy to diagnose. You simply lift the lid while it is in the middle of printing before the paper is picked up, then see if the defect appears on the belt prior to it being tranfered to the paper. If no defect then your fuser is bad. If you see a defect, the drum is bad and is not erasing the prior image.

Hi,
Thanks for help! I change all consumables (fuser,opc,transfer belt, toner), but image appears on every copy. I think this is electronical trouble and i wandering how to reset
the controller
