Not sure what you mean by "ITB Cleaner Assembly" ... have you replaced the entire Image Transfer Belt?

Looks like the ITB cleaning blade may not be completely latched.
From the PQ defects guide:
1. Open the front left door
2. Remove the toner collection bottle without moving the handle. If the blade is not latched properly, it will fall slightly when the bottle is removed. Check for this movment to determine if the blade was latched correctly.
3. Lower the blade, remove and reinstall it.
4. To correctly latch the blade in place, lift the blade up with your right hand and then push it to the right with your left hand.
a. the blade should click when it is installed
b. the blue handle on the blade will be parallel with the blue print cartridge handles
c. the toner collection bottle will fit over the blade's blue handle without holding the blade in place
5. Reinstall the toner collection bottle and shut the front door.
6. Print the PQ Troubleshooting pages to verify the fix. It may take several pages to clean the ITB before the images printed are clean.

I am also not seeing any yellow on your printout. Is this deliberate?

I honestly am not sure. I was thinking the problem with the yellow not printing may also be the problem with your shadowing.

Color printing is expensive. You have an expensive printer. Spend the money for good consumables! Trying to get by on the cheap will just get you that.
