noise with hp laserjet p3005

i have strange noise with a laserjet p3005 it prints ok but there is noise.i have changed the fuser film but the noise dont leave.please help.

Change the WHOLE fuser and the gear that comes with it.

Assuming it's gear noise, you will want to change the fuser, and gears, as RedCow says.
