Here we go again, gang!

I have a client with a CLJ3700. It is displaying 13.20.00 JAM IN LOWER FUSER DOOR. Opening the rear door will reveal a page sticking out of the fuser about 2 inches. There full page in the face down delivery area. There is also a page feeding from tray 2 that is protruding about an inch from under the media sensor bar.

When clearing the paper from the fuser, it will give 13.20.00 JAM IN REAR UPPER DOOR. Upon clearing that jam, 13.20.00 JAM IN FRONT DOOR. I will clear all the jams and it will try to clear the paper path and all the jams occur again.

It will pull and print without issue from the MPF. I had replaced the paper pick up assembly in December due to jaming in tray 2 and just tried replacing the fuser yesterday. I have run out of ideas. I will place myself in your capable hands! Thank you all for the time.

Since it is pulling from the MFP with no problem that puts the focus back down to tray #2. Check to see if the backstop in the tray is set correctly. Some ID10T in HP put a fine set of teeth in this mechanism. If the paper is too tight, even by one or two teeth, it will misfeed and if too loose it may not always get the paper to the sensor on time and both will cause a jam. Please check the tray carefully for damage. Sometimes they get dropped on the floor and the damage is not obvious to the casual observer. Also clean the feed rollers. If you do not have access to a rubber restoring fluid, and most of us do not, then try OOPS, available wherever paint is sold. It is an alcohol based solvent with a small amount of oil that seems to work well for us here. Please do let us know what you find. Sometimes a good bath in compressed air (gas?) gets these things going again.
