HP 4600 prints blank pages

Fellow techs,
I replaced the DC Controller and the HVPS - just like the service manual said - to no avail.
Any thoughts please.

Give us a little more info please. Is it intermittent? Have you tried the engine test button (small hole on side, poke a paper clip or very small screwdrive to depress the switch)? Will it print from the maintenance panel? If you are networked, try reseating/replacing the NIC. A guy on another forum said the image drive belt gearing had stripped on his.

If it will do the engine test and print from the maintenance panel you may have a formatter problem. Try reseating the formatter and the cards plugged into it. If the humidity is low wear a static strap.
