My laserjet 4300 prints A4 paper only with half speed (14 ppm). How can I activate full speed? Thanks!

Check fuser settings in the control panel. Also check small paper mode set to normal.
Turn duplex off if not using.

How can I set small paper mode set to normal? I did not find this setting in my printers configuration.

It's in the Configuration Menu. Also check the driver settings match the printer panel settings.
