Can the Laserjet 4300 have a good paper output?

My Laserjet 4300 has the papers in its output tray like this

You get the idea. I want to have the paper in the output tray like this:


Paper
Paper
Paper

How can I do that? Does the optional 500 sheet stacker / stapler give me this output?

Maybe I need some coffee but ... I don't get it :-) Could you rephrase this question?

Of course :) The paper in the paper output tray on top of the printer is disarranged / disordered. I could not just use the stacker with this paper, I have to order it before.

With a Laserjet 8000 or 9000 I suppose the paper in the output tray would be ordered, right? But with the stapler, maybe it's possible to have an ordered output on the 4300, too?
