HP LJ 9000 Power Issues

I have this printer that has no power. When you turn the printer on, the display flickers for a second, then nothing. No fans spinning & no noise. I have replaced the LVPS and the HVPS at the same time. Still no change. Any help would be appreciated.

Just for kicks did you try a different power cable & a different wall outlet ... ? I've seen cheap China power cables start "burning" & not handle the 9000's current too well.

The only other real options are DC controller, or else one of the replacement parts (LVPS or HVPS) was defective as well.
