I am working on an issue with a CP1215, first job sent to printer will print and then go into a deleting status and block the que. I have tried uninstalling driver and reinstalling, with no change. I have tried to go into my computer and stop spooling and then deleted spooling files and restarted the printer spooling, again no change. I even tried a factory reset on the devise, and wiped the ram with no change. The weird thing is when I change users the file that shows "deleting" goes away but, the first thing that prints, there it goes again. If anyone has any thoughts on another troubleshooting that I could try that would be greatly appricated.
