Problem with MF1522nf

Hi Everyone,

I have a client having an issue with their MF 1522nf. It will power up, you can hear the fans and motors come to life but there is no display on the control panel. It is totally dark.

Any ideas? I have only ever seen one of these once before. Thank you all for the time and have a great afternoon!

This is a firmware/formatter issue. Some have had this problem when upgrading the firmware. If you google M1522 , blank display, go to any of the HP sites for this issue.
If you did not attempt a FW update, then the formatter itself is shot. Turn off any firewalls, and anti-virus before downloading the firmware.
