Have not attempted hooking up a cable yet - just moved in.

Go to the control panel and remove the HP 1600 PSC

Unplug the HP 1600 PSC from the computer.

Restart your computer.

Put in the factory disk to install HP 1600 PSC.

At this point it may ask you to check to see if the cables are connected properly.
Attach the cables and install the program.
