Paper Jam in a new fuser

Hi All,
I've just installed a new fuser to an HP 4650 color printer. The old, defected one, caused an error message that said 'Fuser Error 4.0' (or something like that.
The new fuser causes a paper jam message. It's brand new, original.

Does the replacement fuser cause a paper jam message, a paper jam or both.
If it's just causing a message, the paper sensor in the fuser may be jammed or broken or missing.
If you are getting a actual jam try reseating the fuser.
