Laserjet 4350

I support printers for Chase in Houston, I received a ticket for a laserjet 4350, the printer has only been in service for a month, it prints 2 - 3 pages and then comes up with an error "FF09 service error", has anyone seen this error, any help is appreciated.

Correction on my previous post, the error code is 49.FF04, as mentioned before, any help is appreciated.

Sounds like a memory or formtter board error, try re-seating the memory first.
