Hey guys. New here and have a question. Got an HP 4250 that squeaks really bad when printing. Replaced fuser, rollers, toner and finally the swing arm gear. None of those worked so i tried different things and it seems that the squeaking only happens when using Tray 2. Any ideas on what might cause this and how to fix it?

If you have another 4250 around or a 4200, 4300, 4350 ... I would swap paper trays and see if the noise goes away.
We all use different terms for noises -- but I think of squeaking as high-pitched, "metal on metal" type sound. If that's the sound you're hearing, on this model squeaking is normally either a toner cartridge, fuser, or the output assembly.
If you're sure that's it ONLY happens when printing from Tray 2, it should be something awry with the tray 2 pickup assembly...

Thnak you for the quick reply. I have swapped out the toner, fuser and a tray from a different printer. still squeaks. i guess the sound could be a metal on metal sound like an old hamster wheel it was it sounds like. i guess i could try the output assembly.
