4250dtn prints envelopes on regular paper

I just recently setup a 4250dtn for one of our locations. For some reason it will not print envelopes from the envelopes loaded in tray 1. It prints them on regular paper. I have mirrored settings from another printer of the same make and model which is working properly with no luck. I have played with the Tray Behavior settings a bit as well as the paper handling settings, and the Manual feed settings. I did get envelopes to print on the envelopes loaded in Tray 1 after changeing Manual Feed from off to on and Manually Feed Prompt from Always to Unless loaded. After the envelopes printed properly all other regular printouts started coming out on envelopes instead of standard paper. Any ideas?

First, I would check the Driver, make sure it matches up with the printer type ... probably delete and reinstall .

You should also do a Cold Reset on your printer (this will delete any network settings, so you'll probably want to pull your JetDirect card out before you do the Cold Reset, then reinstall after the Cold Reset.)
