Hp 9050

Hello all, I updated my firmware and now my printers dont work right so I wanted to go back to firmware version 08.110.0 but cant find it anywere. I talk to HP and they dont offer it any more, any ideas? Also my HP 9050 keeps saying that the "input paper path is open" on tray 4 when its not, so the only way to use it is to unplug tray 4 power. Any ideas thanks in advance.

How did you do the upgrade? when downloading files, turn off firewall and anti-virus.
From the HP site select run instead of save. If using WebJet Admin, let it run it.
You may have a corrupted file, which will cause the tray 4 issue.
Printer must be at ready to upgrade. If it does not, you will need a replacement firmware chip.
Try an NVRAM reset first.
