4515 bad out of the box grinding noise from upper fuser when starting up goes to ready when printing info page, grinds for a moment, than stops with a 50.5 fuser error 50.5 error fix is to repower printer and contact support if error reoccurs tried new fuser with same results 4 of us looked and could find nothing obvious
Any suggestions, location of repair manuals w/o paying for them hehe  (work for cheap-*** government)

Similar to the infamous swing plate issue.
However, because there is no swing plate on this, it looks like reseating the fuser motor resolves the problem in most every case. All other times, replacing the motor fixes it.

Whooo, Hooo! PITA getting there, especially that board on top of the motor, but grinding stopped. As long as I didn't break anything else, we should be good.
