mfp 5035 50.4 fuser error

Have a problem with a hp mfp 5035 that gives a 50.4 fuser error, tried a new fuser, and a high voltage power supply pre what the service manuel calls for but still can't get rid of the error, could it be the controller board, or maybe the formatter board, have not worked on alot of these printers, but have fixed lots of other hp.

I would suspect either (2) bad fusers in a row or yes, DC controller PCA.
