Hi All,

Well, I have another one I am unable to resolve. A client has a LJ 2420d that is throwing a persistant 13.20.00 Jam inside rear door message. As soon as it finishes booting up, it goes right to the error message. I pulled the fuser and can not find anything anywhere in the machine. When I open and close the top cover in an effort to clear the paper path, the machine does not even turn. The error message reappears on the display. It seems to not even attempt to clear itself.

I scrolled through the event log and found a slew of 13.20.00 errors and a few others. 13.01.00, 13.02.00, 13.05.00, and 13.06.00. Any advice and or information will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance everyone.

The fuser delivery sensor could be stuck, missing or broken. The tension spring could be dislodged.
Check the duplex pan. Reseat it if it isn't hinged or seated properly.

1st Replace the fuser.
