HP 4100 ghosting image

This machine had ghosting at 180K page count. I replaced the fuser 2x, still has problem. Then I changed the toner and no change. Frustrating!! Anyone seen this. The 1/2 way stop shows a clean image prior to going into the fuser.

Did you replace the transfer roller?
Is there another 4100 that you can use to borrow a fuser?
