It is making a bad sound like a bearing or something is out when printing any suggestion on how to fix it?

This noise could come from lots of things ... can you tell the general area the noise is coming from?

Higher pitched squealing noises often come from toner cartridge, laser scanner.
Lower pitched grinding noises usually come from the fuser, output assembly.

If you have another LaserJet 8100 or 8150 around to swap fusers, I'd start there ...
If you have a spare toner cartridge, I'd also swap that in and see if it's quieter ...
