Laserjet 5N Initializing

Hi Guys hope someone can help me

My Laserjet 5N for some reason will not power on it just says Initializing and will go no further. it was ok one day with no problems then i just get this message

San anyone help please

Here are some things you can try:
-- power down the printer then pull the NIC if you have one
-- power down and remove any memory plugged into the formatter
-- power down and reseat the formatter. There are several screws that hold the formatter in place. Remove them and gently wiggle and pull the formatter straight towards you and out of its socket.

The most likely cause is the formatter has come unseated. Wear a wrist strap or keep one hand on
the sheet metal if the humidity is below 45%.
