I cancelled a print job of about 75 pages THREE DAYS AGO, and the display still reads "Canceling Job" and the green 'data' is blinking. I've shut the printer off and on, and even left it off several hours and it is still trying to cancel the job. The print queue is empty when I open the printer properties from my workstation.

Is there a way to reset the printer manually... I can't access any of the menus to do a factory reset.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

What happens if you switch off the printer, take out the parallel or netwerk cable, and then switch the printer back on again?
If the 'canceling job' message is gone then the problem is the computer or server that is still sending the job.

That did it! Whooda thought it would be something so simple as unplugging the network cable. Works fine now... Thanks!
