Today, our P3005dn began making a deep impression down the right side of all pages printed. It seems as though a roller is stuck and dragging down the page. Can you tell me which roller may be? It is also making a clicking noise in the back of the printer now.

I would replace the fuser (that is where most creases occur because it is the area where the most pressure is applied to the paper) ... since you hear the clicking noise, you probably should also change the drive gears which mesh with fuser and are common to wear out on this model.
