Hi there,
I installed a new fuser and transfer roller assembly I got from PrinterTechs following the fantastic instructions online (thank you!).
I have an HP LaserJet 5100.
I stopped at that point and put everything together to run the machine, but I am running into a problem now. When I print try to print multiple copies of the same document I get a message saying "Unable to MOPY Job" and it prints one page of the document and a page that says it is unable to collate job at printer.

It never did this before so there must be a setting I need to adjust, but I can't seem to find it. I've been through the menu on the machine and am not finding the right adjustment.

I am also finding the first copy of what I print has a shadow of itself on it. This goes away when I print over and over, but then returns when I print later.

Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

The first problem (error when collating) sounds like an error caused by the printer driver ... first, make sure when you print you are selecting the correct printer from the drop-down list of printers ... also , does this happen on all print jobs or just one.

Regarding the shadow issue --> that could be a fuser not warming up enough at startup, or a toner issue. You can give us call @ 866-352-1708 for some troubleshooting help on that.
