I have a customer who was given a Xerox PE120i printer. The issue is they were not given the admin password. I have tried the factory default username/password but it does not work. I have not been able to find any way to reset to factory default. The only reset is the TCP/IP network settings.
Does anyone know how to reset this password as my customer would like some of the added functionality the sytem provides but we cannot get to it unless we know the passoword.
