We have an EPSON Stylus CX6000 and it prints for all 4 users, and 3 users it will scan for, but for 1 user they get an error message when they try to scan! WEIRD, but that user can print from it. So it must have somthing to do with the launching of the scan piece of the program, it does give an initial Epson screen as if it is going to work, but then error message. I have rebooted, I have removed the Epson program(s)/drivers and reinstalled, same problem with just that ONE user! Please let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks.
