We have an HP 5100TN here, and we are getting a 13.01 error code. The error code comes up when we print from the added Tray 3, but we have no issues out of Tray 1 and Tray 2. We replaced the pick-up rollers, and still get the "jam" after it feeds 1 sheet. There is actually not a jam, its seems that its just not picking up the paper from the tray. We even took a tray from another printer to troubleshoot, and still had the exact same problem, which at least tells us its not the tray itself. This is a new kind of issue for me, so if anyone has any thoughts on what the issue may be (sensor, etc.), please chime in.
Thanks

Try swapping the whole Tray 3 base instead of just the paper tray ... (Tray 3 is an optional tray so you can just lift the printer up and off the Tray 3 base and swap bases)

That seemed to work. We changed out the Tray 3 base with another 5100 here on site, and after a series of test prints, it seems to work ok. Even more strange was the "non-working" base now works on the printer that we made the switch. No complaints here, as long as both printers are now working, I aint complainin'! Thanks for the help.
