I have a M4345 MFP throwing a 30.01.10 error code. The manual says its a scanner error.. the "Copy" and "Fax" areas on the display are blanked out & showing an exclamation mark. Anyone run into this issue before ? Thanks... Murphy

The ADF fan isn't working.
Remove the rear ADF cover and look at the fan during a scan. Check the fan connector CN304. If fan doesn't turn...replace the ADF assembly.
In your case, just replace the assembly.

Hello, I replaced the scanner pca yesterday and that seemed to resolve the issue with the Copy & Fax areas on the display being blanked out. They are now able to make copies etc.. Murphy
