LJ 5100 50.1 Fuser Error

Yes, it should. Probably 99% of the time a 50.1 error is solved by replacing the fuser.

There's always rare cases where the power supply has failed or DC controller is acting up; but on the LaserJet 5100 printer they are not prone to failure.
