I have a LJ 4350 that has a high capacity tray sitting in position 4 at the bottom of the stack. It's been giving a "late paper jam..13.0" and the solution seems to be a stubborn one. I've changed the paper feed rollers with new ones..didn't solve anything. When I load up the tray to capacity or pretty near full, I can hear the rollers trying to pull the paper out of the tray at least two times and then it gives a Jam indication. If I take out some of the paper, it might run several paper path tests just fine..but it eventually jams. When it does jam, I see the top sheet of paper pulled slightly towards the front. I even went as far to put another high capacity unit in that position (not sure what the status is on the exchanged unit) and seem to have the same problem. Anyone have any suggestions as to the cause ?! I'm rather perplexed with this problem..Murphy

Might be a timing issue. What is the page count? Try a new fuser. Update the printer firmware, even if same.
