5500 printer- prints coming out very yellow

Hi, Our laserjet 5500 printer has started to print out very yellow in colour and we don't have a clue how to fix it! There is plenty of ink in all cartridges and we can't find any useful help on the hp websites. Any clues would be greatly apreciated.

I would guess the yellow cartridge is leaking. It might have plenty of ink left but it's faulty. Put a spare cartridge in and see if it clears up.
