Hello,

i replaced a swing plate in a 4350, and since that the printer fold the left upper corner on some pages ...
I did a try to replace the rollers, without success.

I noticed the the folded corner is printed on "the back side", so the folded pages are folded before the toner cartridge.
Also, the fold do not always have the same aspect or size.

Do someone have a idea ?
Thanks to let me know

When I have seen this it usually turns out to be a small piece of wrinkled up paper left over from a jam. It can lurk in a secluded spot in the paper path. Inspect everything with a good flashlight. Get a manila file folder and cut a long strip about two inches wide and poke it up into the nooks and crannies where the paper travels. Sometimes it is right in front of the toner cartridge image drum. Never saw a toner cartridge cause this but anything is possible. Sometimes the scrap of paper wears out or disapears after a while.
