Hi
I have one of the above printers that recently started making a loud noise when I turn it on and issues error 61 code. The printer goes thru a self test and it sounds as though one or more of the plastic gears that advance the paper has become stripped. Does anyone know where I can I can download the service manual as a free pdf? Where is the best place to get replacement parts in the event I can isolate what to replace.
