HP Laserjet 4100 MFP

Hello all, nice to see you all and to have a forum to ask a question like this;

Have a custome with a hp LJ 4100 MFP, keeps coming up with a 30.00.01 check cables and cycle power. I have replaced the CPB ad the ADF assy. My tech support seems to think we should replace the scanner head now and maybe the DIMMS need to be cleaned. Anyone have any ideas since the customer is 1.5 hours away, I want to make this my last trip.

COPY CONNECT CARD.
Communication has failed
between the copy processor board
and the formatter.
1. Verify that the high-speed copy connect
cable between the formatter and the copy
processor board is correctly connected
Reseat the connectors.
2. Verify that the copy processor board is
firmly seated into the connector on the
intermediate PCB.
3. Check for broken, frayed, or pinched
wires.
4. Verify that the copy processor board
LEDs are illuminated.

Did you resolve this issue? May be Hard Drive error (check sum) Try replacing the hard drive and reloading firmware.
