Panasonic KSFL511 lines in print

My customer has a Panasonic KXFL511 - just replaced toner and drum (KSFA83 & 84) still getting lines in print. Any ideas why or how to solve?

except for the lines, the o/p is good?
Are the lines horizontal or vertical?

If they are horizontal how far apart are they?
Are they evenly spaced, i.e 3" or 1.5".

If they are horizontal - check the fuser for marks or tears(rips).
