I recently got this printer and it worked for one day. Now I want to print a document and I get a small window saying command in unable to open and proceed with print because a dialogue box is still open and needs to be closed. Just behind this box is another box that says windows preparing to install. Then within 3secs it disappears and all goes to desktop. I can not close second box and still can not print. What can I do to correct this? David H.
