HP LJ p3005

Ive got a p3005 printer that i just changed out the fuser and the rollers and now it will print pages fine but it wont print #10 envolopes from the manual feed tray. The manual feed door is allso makeing a clanking noise when i print. Ive swaped it out for another printer so its not a driver issue but i really need to get this fixed. could something be out of alignment? any input would be nice. Thanks

MP tray solonoid is sticking. Remove formatter and drive train to acess it, and clean the flapper.
Check the flag on the tray 2 p/u assy. it may be out of place.
