Printing solid black page. I have changed out the toner cartridge.

Remove top cover and look at the laser shutter mechanism. Closing the front door too hard can knock a part of it off. Look for any small square white plactic pieces. It's a simple lever action assy.

Is it printing a blank page or a black page? If the laser safety cover is not opening you will get a blank page.
