Hp 3700 10.92.xx

Hi All,

I Have a 10.92.03 error. I've checked the the yellow slot running the disabled cartridge check and swapped with the Magenta Cartridge and the error code did not change BUT......I'm not sure if this adds to the problem. I remove the Yellow Cartridge and the printer gives me the 10.92.02, then remove the Magenta it gives 10.92.01 and finally xx.xx.00. I get the 10.92 class error from all shots if the lower cartridge has been removed. I check the slots........left and right. I had replaced the cyan right arm drum lock.

I had repaired a previous 10.92.02 when the right side "T" came off.

Any suggestions would be great.

Could be the contacts on the left side. Make sure they are bowed out, and flex. This is usually the problem with these junks. Always replace all drum locks, and make sure the alienation bar is seated well. {it easily slides}. H/V p/s is next, then the DC cont.
