HP 2600n resets its IP address

I have a few HP 2600n that are set with manual IP addressing. Every so often the manual setting gets reset to automatic.
Has anyone run across this before?

Are they plugged into a UPS? It will cycle, re-starting the printers. Try a firmware update.
