Hp laserjet 4350 MFP

I have a LJ4345 MFP when you turn it on the Hp logo just keeps flashing and that is as far as I can get. I in stalled new formatter and hard drive and still have the same problem any help on this?

If you haven't done it yet , I would try Cold Reset, NVRam Reset.

I have heard several people reporting fixing this same issue by replacing the LV power supply.

It's been years since I saw the "blooming logo", as HP refers to it.
It was either the DC Controller or Engine Power Supply.

Reseat firmware, and any other chips, or replace. I bellieve the formatter has a jumper at the top for
re-initializing the NVRAM on the DC and formatter.
