HP LaserJet 4200 DUPLEX thru Terminal Server Issue =HELP=

The problem is that we have to manualy change the printer to Duplex all the time, the clients connected thru Terminal Server in a Win2000 with latest patches. Sometimes the settings (DUPLEX) dont change.
But I am looking for a way that the user could do this or a driver or a configuration file witch I could set the duplex mode and make it stay that way.
hope someone have similiar issue and have a solution

Is the driver available to all users? If so, someone is making changes, and not setting them back. Most people are like that, and you just cant educate the terminally stupid {He-Yuk} Lock up the driver on your server by limiting rights.
Set this unit as a duplexing printer ONLY, and to hell with those who whine!

You might also be able to install the printer twice, set one up as duplex only and the other non-duplex. Rename them as such and let the users choose which printer to print to.
