View Full Version : 41.3 Error Message on hp 5000gn
Error message 41.3 Error keeps coming up after every print.I have checked out HP website and it mentions the sensors. They both seem fine and are moving freely. Also there is a plate which jams every piece of paper when in the down position. When it is up, it prints fine but comes with the above error message. HP website suggests this should be in the down position but the toner cartridge can still be inserted.

41.3 is an unexpected paper size error. Check the paper settings on the printer and your document to make sure they match. It seems you may also have a mechanical problem with the feed assembly. Where is this plate located?

Hey I am new here and we are having the same problem as in this post. Did you get this fixed and if not does anyone have anymore information you can give. I just stopped working right.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I recently had this problem. The flap on the far side of the registration was in it's full upright position. I didn't see it until I tried printing from tray 1 and the paper jammed. I removed the toner to find that flap up. I put it back down and was able to print from all trays, single sided and duplexed without receiving the error again.
Hope this helps.
