HP 5Si - Help Identify this issue please.

I currently have a Laserjet 5Si that is having a kind of ghosting issues. I have replaced the Toner Cartridge and that didnt change it. I have tried to run a cleaning process and no good. I have attached a scanned jpgs of what the demo page prints out like.

Hi ,

Your problem is the fuser assy upper roller burn mark.
if you know how to remove the fuser look at the upper roller you will know what i say.
just replace the fuser unit and it will solve your problem.:D:D:D:D
