4500, 100 empty pages?

4500DN, connected to network. start printing 100's empty pages instead 1 page document. several computers and several drivers tested.
Any advice?

Could be your interface, NIC or Parallel?
Otherwise the formatter.

Has the unit been moved? Or dropped? Solonoid flapper may have come off.
Located in left,front lower corner. Pull out ITB drawer off unit, pull out tray 2, and look in at solonoid. this controls the pick-up, and,,,,if ITB is bad can also create this problem. Possibly a real cleaning, not just a little blowing and wiping is necessary to get clutches, and sensors, flappers, etc in good shape.
I tear down these units every day to the frame and replace half of it.!
